YOU NEED SOUND DOCTRINE TO PRESERVE YOUR SALVATION

EVERY WORD OF GOD FOR DAILY LIVING BY: PASTOR PAUL RIKA:
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide

TITLE: DYOU NEED SOUND DOCTRINE TO PRESERVE YOUR SALVATION

DATE: FRIDAY MARCH 12, 2021

TEXT: Titus 2:1-12

KEY VERSE: Titus 1:9 ‘Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.’
The spiritual church feeds on sound doctrine of eternal life. God spoke yesterday and His words are written in scripture, but God has not stopped speaking. He still speaks even today but some people do not know. They take God as a statue that is in a fixed position. They believe only what is in scripture and dismiss all revelations as fake. Bible says Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. As He spoke yesterday, He still speaks today and He will still speak tomorrow. The spiritual church is fed by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. Bible says, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Be they written or spoken or prophesied. Is it verified and authenticated by scripture to have come out of the mouth of God? Then, it is for our feeding. 1 Thessalonians 5:20, 21 Despise not prophesying. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. The word of God that the spiritual church feeds on should give us eternal life.

Sound doctrine may be hard for the ears but it is the right doctrine. What is sound doctrine? It is the doctrine of holiness. It is the doctrine of eternal life. It is the doctrine that will guide you on how to live your Christian life without failing and without falling. This doctrine will empower you to live a victorious Christian life over Satan, over sin, and over all manners of temptation. Sound doctrine will cure your spiritual blindness and open your eyes to the truth of God. Through sound doctrine, you can see through all the lies and deceptions of Satan and be free from his spiritual manipulations. God raises up people and commits the ministry of eternal life unto them. He commits unto them the word of truth. Paul affirms, “the gospel is committed unto me.” If, therefore, you see such a person that the Lord has committed this truth to, go there because we serve one God. Don’t allow denominationalism to affect you; otherwise, you will miss it. As God committed it to Paul, He has done so in our generation. Those who come to Holiness Revival Movement know that the Lord has committed this truth unto us. The truth of eternal life is here. Amen!
